BOOTS AND ANKLETS

As of June 1941, the prescribed method of wear of the trouser cuffs inside the anklets was to fold the front and rear of the cuff to the inside seam.

This method prevent excess wear to the insides of the trouser legs.

Rubber bands may be used to secure these folds.

The anklet is fastened and the trousers bloused and folded over the top.
